Refund policy

Request a refund within 60 days of your start date and we refund 80% of what you've paid. The remaining 20% covers setup already completed for your account.

After your first 60 days, payments are not refundable.

Anything RouteHero sets up to run your program stays with RouteHero, whether or not a refund is issued, and is not transferred to your business.

Mapping your market and exploring your free accounts costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Contact the RouteHero team from the address on your account with your company name and start date. Requests are measured against the date we receive them.
