Your data stays yours.

Your customers, won and lost accounts, competitor notes, statuses and anything you upload live in your own private RouteHero workspace. They are walled off from every other RouteHero customer and never shown to anyone outside your company.

The businesses on your map come from public business data and are the same for every RouteHero customer in that area. What you know about them, like who you service, who you lost and who is with a competitor, is yours alone.

When you leave, we give you a full export of your data: your accounts, statuses, notes and uploads. Then we permanently delete it from RouteHero. Backups roll off on their normal schedule.

Tools and accounts RouteHero sets up to run your program stay with RouteHero. They are part of how we deliver the service, not part of your data, and are not transferred when you leave.
